Horizontal traffic signs are used for the regulation of traffic, the warning and guidance of users in perfect compliance with the vertical traffic signs (signs, traffic lights), as well as they are extremely useful in harsh conditions of driving (ex. Night, fog etc.)

Markings constitute the most important figure of horizontal traffic signs and their part is regulatory but also definite, since they define the space in which a vehicle can move.

In terms of their figures they are distinguished in:

  • Lengthwise markings
  • Widthwise (transversal) markings.
  • Special markings

In terms of materials and methods of appliance, based on EN1871, they are distinguished in:

  • Acrylics of one element
  • Cold plastics of two elements
  • Of one element dissolved in water
  • Thermoplastic
  • Prefabricated materials ready for placement upon the road pavement surface in the forms of stripes, symbols etc.
  • Special applications with materials of high performance and durability (ex. Marking of airports).

Our company uses materials of European Standards, which their performance is guaranteed.
